1. Definitions

  • Your Human Design Blueprint: provider of digital Human Design services and products.
  • Customer: any natural person using the services or products.
  • Services: calculation and delivery of Human Design charts and reports.
  • Digital products: digital reports, PDF files, and online content.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries of digital products and services provided by Your Human Design Blueprint.

3. Formation of the agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and payment has been successfully completed.

4. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically, for example via download link or email. Delivery usually takes place within a reasonable time after payment.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed via recognized payment providers such as Stripe and/or Mollie.

6. Right of withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has started, in accordance with EU consumer law.

By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to immediate delivery and waives the right of withdrawal.

7. Use and intellectual property

All delivered content is for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability disclaimer

The information provided is intended for personal and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Your Human Design Blueprint shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services or products.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

11. Amendments

Your Human Design Blueprint reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
